Hallie Myhre joined Ranch & Resort Realty in 2019.  Born and raised in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, Hallie personifies everything-Steamboat! Her early years on the mountain and time training and competing in alpine racing have developed into a passion for downhill skiing, particularly chasing Steamboat’s renowned Champagne Powder.

Hallie’s grit and dedication to academics and competitive livestock judging put her through college at the University of Wyoming. She uses her degrees in Ag Business and Animal Science to fine-tune her line of show sheep and 4-H club lambs. Hallie is also an avid outdoor, livestock, and ranching lifestyle photographer.  She loves to spend her free time skiing, exploring the backcountry on horseback, and traveling the world.

Hallie is skilled in photography, land use, marketing, title, and survey matters. Condensing multiple data points to a relevant outcome comes naturally to Hallie as she puts her sharp livestock judging and technological skills to work. Her local roots, local knowledge, and youthful energy are a refreshing relief for clients needing to add context to the excess of data found in today’s real estate market.

Christy Belton founded Ranch & Resort Realty to provide superior insight and guidance to her clients.   Christy says “I listen hard and I work hard. As a rancher, Christy understands hard work, persistence and patience. She applies those same principles to her business. She and her husband, Matt, are owners of a commercial cattle/hay operation and previous owners of a pack-in wilderness big game outfitting company. Christy has more than 17 years of experience in the ranch and resort real estate market. She is no stranger to the intricacies of ranch and recreation land transactions and she has a well-rounded approach to facilitating a smooth buyer and seller transaction.  As a direct and capable business professional, Christy is well experienced in the complexities of land brokerage. She is well versed in water and minerals rights, easements, livestock and outdoor recreation operations on both private and public land. In short, she walks the walk.

Ron Morris is one of the most highly respected ranch brokers in the West, with an extensive background in real estate that spans over 4 decades. Following his graduation from the University of Northern Colorado, he immediately set his sights on real estate. Born and raised in Colorado and the son of an avid outdoorsman, Ron spent a great deal of time learning to hunt and fish at an early age. Every summer through high school, Ron spent his time working on the family’s ranch near Durango, Colorado; the daily chores instilled in him a great work ethic.  Through those experiences, he learned the value of his hard work and he applies those skills to every aspect of his professional and personal life.

Ron has been active in numerous agricultural organizations from the National Western Stock Show to Colorado Cattlemen’s Land Trust to the Roundup Riders of the Rockies.  When he is not showing ranches, he spends much of his time on horseback in the backcountry.
