In the same family for generations, Cat Creek Ranch East consists of approximately 2233 acres of high mountain grazing and hunting land. The ranch is mostly treed with stands of mixed timber with open, grassy parks. Loaded with big game, the ranch shares a long boundary with the national forest. The ranch is located out side of Yampa, Colorado in the Steamboat-Vail corridor.
