Location

The ranch is located northwest of Wellington, Colorado in the mountains west of the I-25 corridor. Although private, the ranch has easy access to the population centers on the east slope.

Land

The ranch is very private and is bordered by Larimer County Open Space. On the South end is Bear Canyon with a seasonal running creek and to the north end the ranch runs to near Boxelder Canyon. Hawk Canyon runs through the area between tree covered hills, rock outcroppings and brush and grass covered meadows.
