Phillips Creek Ranch is 2,131 acres of productive ranch land located in Yampa, Colorado. The ranch has an extensive list of water rights, including sought-after reservoir water. Bordering the Routt National Forest, hunting is excellent both on and off of the ranch. The ranch is ideally set up for cattle and features a good ratio of irrigated hay meadows to grazing land.
